A few years ago, I visited the Boschendal Wine Estate while in holiday in South Africa, and since then I have fallen in love with this country's amazing landscapes... and Boschendal's Blanc de Blanc wine (that you can find in wine stores around the globe).

A friend of mine brought me once a box of Ouma rusks from South Africa. Rusks are a traditional South African snack that are usually dipped in coffee or tea (I dipped mine in Rooibos tea) before being eaten. It is delicious!
