I am crazy about the re-branding of the Claridge's Hotel. It is so elegant and yet the black-and-white geometric patterns add a modern and whimsical touch.

Vermeer essentials
I've loved and been seriously inspired by Vermeer's paintings for a very long time now. The essence of his art works, the simplicity and the luminosity, have always touched me in a deep way. They are timeless. And I must say that I find his representations of food scenes so real, natural and spontaneous that you can almost smell the fresh bread on the table.
As I always have to bring everything to food, the yogurts above are from La Laitière, a great French brand of desserts presented in glass containers that I recommend to all those who eat dairies. I used to eat those in amazing quantities as a child and as a teenager. This, of course, had nothing to do with the fact that the packaging included an image of the milkmaid... by Vermeer. I promise.
