Ok, this is beyond great! French bank BNP Paribas has had its main Parisian branch re-designed by decorator Fabrice Ausset (from Zoevox), whose expertise is usually seeked by hotels and restaurants. The result? This colorful and welcoming space, where you can discuss the management of your money with a smile! What are your thoughts about this banking concept?

I love bougainvillea so much that I cannot imagine not being surrounded by them at least once a year. I've been used to have them in the garden since I was a little girl, and now, even though I live in an apartment, I am still lucky enough to travel to places where I keep them in my life. Even indirectly.
With that being said, I love this picture (above) of Audrey Hepburn surrounded by these gorgeous pink bougainvillea. The second image is one I took last summer in Algarve, Portugal, in the gardens of the Vilalara Resort. Isn't it gorgeous?

The first time I found out about Jamie Beck was a few months ago via a twitter post by Matt Wright. To this day, the images of this herbs de provence chicken recipe are some of my favorite food photographs. Ever. The same day, I added her blog in my Google Reader and I am so glad I did.
Lately, Jamie has been featuring some amazing cinemagraphs (aren't they amazing?) in her blog and this mouth-watering chocolate mixture one might be one of my favorites. Jamie, I am a huge fan of yours!!!

These pineapples would look great for a themed summery dinner on the terrace. The pink and yellow pineapple tea light holders for the table are from Habitat; the black-and-white fabric (for terrace chair cushions?) is Megan by Rubie Green; and the salt and pepper shakers are from the Montpelier museum shop.

I love to travel with beautiful plaid and pillow sets, especially when I am long hours (or days) away from my final destination. These colorful Missoni sets are definitely in my dream travel wish list.

You know that I love sweet food and amazingly cooked meals. But funny enough I love healthy, fresh food just as much (especially as summer is around the corner and I need to loose some extra pounds). Pepe Supu, the African equivalent of the beef stew is one of my favorite easy meals to make: I just boil water and add beef or veal with sweet potatoes, leeks, carrots, fennels, zucchini, celery, salt, pepper and varying spices according to my mood of the day. So simple, light and delicious!
