Hartog has received many awards as the best bakery of the Netherlands. Situated in Amsterdam, it offers organic bread entirely made from scratch. If you want to know how good it is, just watch the queue outside the shop.
Now... if you don't plan to go to Amsterdam right now, there is an unexpensive way to bake (almost) the same bread at home with Hartog's recipe of "recession bread".
